Always wanted to run the marathon but didn't know where to start?
Many people want to run the marathon but don’t know where to start. They run for about 5/10mins and because it’s not as easy as they once thought they don’t bother with the marathon. A marathon, 10k or 5k or have to be worked towards. My plan will teach you the strength you need mentally and physically to push past your PB and get running comfortably.
Each week I share a series of workouts to help improve your running and general fitness. By week 6 you will be stronger and fitter then you have ever been before!
My plan includes simple workouts to help improve your running like squats, lunges, push ups & rear delts. Strengthening your legs can improve your endurance & minimise the chance of injury. Conditioning your upper body will help reduce your body fat.
