I will record and track your journey week by week, monitoring the results, identifying where you need to change course or simply build upon the work you are doing, to reach and maintain your targets.
Together we will review your eating habits to work out what needs to be changed. Whilst helping you to make better nutritional choices your knowledge of food will also improve, so as to enable you to become self-sufficient and not merely dependent on a ‘diet plan’.

Following the correct eating pattern alongside your training regime is very important but I don’t believe in just handing someone a ‘diet plan’. I sit down with my clients to advise them on selecting foodstuffs that aide their training. With the wide selection of foodstuffs available today, I am confident we can plan meals that supplement your training which you also enjoy, so desired results are achieved in the optimum time.
Client’s food knowledge is also enhanced rather than simply their ability to read a list, and if you want me to accompany you on your weekly food shop, this too is an option. We can then sit down and write a food plan together-always incorporating the odd treat of course-so I will be able to monitor your progress and help you achieve your aims, without you feeling trapped on someone else’s diet.

Don’t Train Alone
Many of us don’t like training alone; so bring your partner, a colleague or friend. My service allows you to train with someone else, so you get the same benefits as on One 2 One whilst sharing the cost.

The HIIT session will push you to the limits in 30 minutes, giving you the best workout for your body when time might not be on your side. Whether you want a full-body, high intensity session or to focus on specific areas, you are guaranteed to work hard, burn fat, build strength and have fun.

All aspects of your eating, exercising, work and leisure will be scrutinised on this programme. The aim being to reduce body fat and lose weight whilst holding onto your existing muscle mass.
I warn all my clients embarking on this programme that some days will be mentally tougher than others but guarantee the results will make their sacrifice worthwhile. Over this month I will completely change your eating habits and have you training with me 3/4 times a week. My mission: To teach you how to maintain the new you, rather than just achieving a quick fix. This will be tough, but worth it!

If you want to stay focused and dedicated to your fitness regime on holiday you can always ‘take me with you’. An exercise plan can still be devised and followed when a gym is not so easily accessible, as whilst I fully appreciate holidays are for relaxation and a little self-indulgence, it would be a shame to undo your hard work.
